S10 cannot dial out or receive calls from another Verizon customer

Phone will not dial out nor receive phone calls. Know another Verizon customer experiencing the same thing and they have a different phone. We can receive and send text messages but no calls.

Update: Verizon was able to fix the problem. The node my phone was connected to was down. Had to place my phone on and then off of airplane mode for it to reconnect to a different node in the area
