Just this morning my S4 started popping up the message in the attachment any time I boot the device. I tell it to use the same setting "always" but it doesn't matter, it still reappears at reboot.
I think it appeared after the most recent system software update.
Any insights into how to fix this? It is seriously annoying me!!!
