I was downloading and installing a newer version of android on my S5 from Verizon and somehow lost internet connection before it finished. Now my phone is froze on the screen pictured. It says use the Verizon Software Repair Assistant on my computer to fix it. i cannot find anywhere to download the assistant from. PLEEEEZZZZEEE HHHEEELLLLLLLPPP. Thanks in advance.

it probably failed because you were using the network, which is slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.
shut phone down, restart & use wi-fi for the update.
