Samsung Fascinate Update Yesterday, 5/24/11

Yesterday, my Samsung Fascinate went through an update.   Now my phone is barely responding to my touch screen.  Everything is so slow and my applications seem to need to upload just when brushing to that page.   What is going on?   I have already taken the battery out twice to try and fix the problem.   Anyone else out there having this problem?

Yep.  Tried to do the update and instead of making my phone sluggish, it made it where only the Samsung logo would show after rebooting.  Tried the master reset at the Verion store and it wouldn't work either.  They called tech support and a replacement phone is on the way.

Sounds like you might need a factory reset to clear things up...

I got the update on 5/26 & have had the same probs with my phone...glad to know I'm not going crazy by myself! Looks like I'll have to try the factory reset like all the other threads are saying...bleh

If the hard reset doesn't work then please visit a store location or give us a call at 800.922.0204 and we can replace the device for you.  Thank you.
