I can't connect to the Internet while on the phone .. my phone 4G LTE disappears when I make a phone call. How do I fix this ?
Enable Advanced Calling within the phone's settings.

Make sure the feature is enabled on your account. As I understand, AC is the only way to surf and talk at the same time. VoLTE it is called. Your phone, if AC is enabled, but still no go, should be referred to a Verizon store or call/chat support. You might have issues with the phone itself.
