I am now on my third Nexus which is again malfunctioning. I was told by customer service if the third one malfunctions, they will let me choose another type of phone. They lied!!! I am fed up with Verizon and their runaround. If you are looking for service, don't choose Verizon, and especially the Samsung Nexus!

the first Nexus I hjad for only a month, and completely went dead. The second phone had camera problems and other malfunctions. The third phone won't let me talk, and people calling in says it will either ring a couple times, or nothing at all. I've had it. I tried three phones, and I was told if the third one malfunctioned, they would allow me to choose a different phone. Now that the third phone has gone bad, they lied, and now say it's not their problem, but Samsungs. In less than 3 months, I've had three Nexus phones.

If it is a software issue and it will be fixed why is this verizon's fault? go to samsungs website
