Samsung Nexus keypad problems

Has anyone else been having problems using the keypad when using automated voice services (voice mail, banking, teleconference passcodes, etc)? When I dial the number and then get prompted to enter passcode, the numbers typed in are duplicated. For example: passcode: 1234 would get repeated back 1122344 is invalid, please re-enter. The display shows the right numbers but anything typed in is invalid.

Try changing the DTMF tones. Open the dialer, touch the "menu" (three dots) and then settings.
