Hey, I've been having an issue with my phone not picking internet in a section of my city. I've been living here my whole life and never had any problems before in this area. What is weird is it says I have 5G, and I can make calls and text, but the internet doesn't work at all, like I can't even open a web paged. However, if I make a call and test the internet, it works until I get off the phone, and it stops working. I contacted support and ran troubleshooting, but it didn't fix the issue. So I'm wondering if I need a new sim card. Or is there a way I can choose a different tower for the phone to be connected to because it may be the tower in that area is damaged somehow? The phone works perfectly in every other area I have tested, and wifi also works on it. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
