Can the camera be accessed from the locked [not the home] screen? In other words...can you simply tap the lock screen and shoot a video or a photo without logging onto the phone?
Being able to snap a picture or record a video as soon as possible is crucial, thanks for reaching out Brattybee. We can check a few settings on the device. If you go to Settings>Lock Screen> then do you see a Camera Shortcut option showing listed? If not, can you advise of what software your device is currently updated with by going to Settings>About Phone> then System Updates? Thanks in advance, looking forward to hearing back.
