I just got my samsung facinate, its a refurbished phone. When i recieved it i didnt get any instructions with it. I down loaded the pdf file from samsung for this phone and it doesnt help me. Heres the problem, i hit the voice mail tab and it asks for password, i dont recall ever setting it up for that so i used old one from my previous verizon phone. It says wrong PW, ive tried every PW i ever had, i cant get into voice mail to either set it up or recover voice mails, please help!! Thank you
