Recently moved to a new home and purchased a 50 mbps connection from Comcast. All devices in my home (PC, laptop, Note 3, Droid Razor, iPhone 4S and others) are constantly downloading at that speed. However, my S4 will not download faster than 4 mbps. Interestingly, it will upload at 10-12 mbps. Seems to happen on any Wifi as well. Any help on what is wrong with my phone? Did this happen due to KitKat?
