OK so we have 4 SIII me and my 3 kids, my line is having issues with txt messaging I get alot of failed messages or it sits and spins. My son has reception issues and drop calls all the time, why am I paying so much money for the phones and services if it always has problems. The other two phones same thing reception issues and dropped calls. This is the most infuriating thing ever and all get from help center is to master reset my phone I dont want to it will not solve the issue its not the end all be all!
