I've been in the same house for over 18 years, and have always had Verizon coverage. Not the 4G servicee they tell me I should be right on the edge of, but never the less, decent coverage. We could always make and receive calls and texts, and use the internet services. And we do so daily/hourly/as needed.
Now today, it is like a dead zone -- Hello, can you hear me now? NO! Nada! Nothing. Pull into my driveway and it's like driving into a concrete bunker (actually it starts about a 1/2 miles from my neighborhood). The bars all disappear and it even says "no service" at times. Sometimes we see a half bar of service. Not enough to make or receive a call... Worked fine a day or so ago. Had to drive a ways to get coverage and call Verizon. They said nothing has been reported and it will take up to 7 days to get this checked out. Are you kidding me? This is ridiculous.We have thtree phones in the house, they worked fine at work today, and they worked fine when we drove back into town to make phone calls.
Has anyone had this happen to them? We had a bad storm last night, it's almost like the storm took out a tower, but wouldn't they know about that?
