Text message error

When trying to send a text message it pops as "failed" but in fact the message was sent. Any ideas as I never know if it actually was sent.

Hi OLGene!

We want all of your messages to be a "sucsess"! I know how frustrating it must be to never actually know if your message was sent. Let's get this fixed. Please reset the message settings on the device. Go to settings>applications>manage applications>messaging>clear cache & force stop. Once completed, please send a test text message. You can also power the device off>remove the sim card for 2 min>place the sim card back in the device>power the device back on>send test text message. Hope this helps!
