Text messages stopped receiving and sending new Samsung S22 with dual SIM

This has now happened twice within a week apart. Brand new Samsung S22 with dual SIM's text messages stopped sending and receiving with no notification and no error message. So acts like it was sent, but after two full days 48 hours pass, I realize there is a problem. Reboot phone and wham, all text, voicemails show up! What is weird is the phone still worked! Crazy. Seems like I should get some type of error returned letting me know there is an issue. I have two SIM phone numbers on single phone, I wonder if this feature has bugs for managing two different lines.

Samsung has released that S22 customers may experience issues sending and receiving SMS. This will be addressed in a future software update S10. The release date is under review.
