The Menu key and the back key no longer light up or work. But the Home key is working fine.

We want to make sure your device is working to your expecations. I actually have the same device and I have a great solotuion for this matter. Please restart your device and also remove the battery. Wait 1 minute before powering back on. This will reset the device and resolve this matter.
