The worst Customer Service

Last night a had enough of Verizon greediness and horrible customer service. After more than 10 yeas of being a loyal customer, I got dropped by a rep, who could not solve an issue with a phone replacement, gave me no options and was as rude as someone can get, the only option was to cancel my family plan.
I realized that there are other options, t-mobile, att and some others. NO way a person can deal with verizon at this point, has gotten so big that they do not care about a person no more.

I find the situation that you are describing regrettable. I don't want you to feel that we don't care about our customers or about you. We most certainly do care about our customers experiences with Verizon Wireless service and products. Can you please describe in detail, the problem that you are having? You seem to care about customer care. Could you please respond on the thread " dropped calls on galaxy nexus". If you read through the postings, you will see a real lacking of customer service. Your tech support people are either unknowledgeable or not being honest when dealing with this problem. Could you come on there and give us some honest and accurate information. Will this problem be corrected in rumored upcoming 4.0.5 update. If so, when can we expect it. If this doesn't get fixed, what is VZW going to do to satisfy their customers. Your help would greatly appreciated.

You all say you would love to help but provide no solutions....
Quite honestly, i dont mind dealing with this phone, if you would only admit the issues and provide a timeline for updates. It would have been nice for the Sales Rep to let me know to expect problems with a new phone.
Like Customermeansnothing and the others, I am tired of dropping calls and your system does not show all of them...
What can you do if the update does not correct this? My suggestion is allow us all to pick a proven phone and suck it up, which is what historically we will be doing....

The problem with this is that there is NO phone on ANY carrier which does not have people who would like to get rid of THEIR problem phone and to pick a phone that just works(a proven phone)!!!!!!
