Trash Folder

My phone shows that I have 1400 email in my trash folder but I am unable to delete them. when I go to the folder it shows no emails. How do I get rid of them?

Are you seeing the 1400 emails on your phone? Are you trying to delete them from your phone?

Hi Idhanztaz,


We know unwanted emails are annoying! Being able to make application changes should be easy, and it saddens me to hear that this not occurring. Lets get this fixed asap. Are you using the standard email account application on the device or a download third party email account application? Is this Pop3, or a Corporate Exchange account? Did you recently empty the email trash folder on the device or a computer?
