Verizon this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from you, I will be changing my service as soon as my contract is up. This phone was supposed to be updated on a regular basis, and it is not 4 updates behind. I hope everyone who bought a nexus with false advertising from you changes carriers. I will be buying a phone directly from Google and will not be under contract to you again! I wish you cared about your customers, but sadly you do not.
