My phone displays the usb connection as if it is connected. It's not. This affects the turning on of the device. I have to remove the battery and reinsert to be able to turn it on. Any help?
It appears that several (many?) of us have the same problem... it just started on my phone yesterday, after I had done a fair amount off data upload from phone to my desktop (photos). Verizon has not replied to many of these threads...so they must not have a fix.
