Ok so I used to be able to simply press and hold my finger on the picture and it would give me the option to copy save etc. I would press save and it would save to my gallery no problem. Now whenever I press and hold then go to save it, it goes to my main screen with a little pop up that says internet has stopped working and the only option it gives me is ok. I click it and I'm at my home screen. I then click my internet browser and its back at the page I was trying to download a picture from. Is there a possibility I unclicked something that enables this capability? I can screenshot everything but it gets annoying because I normally have to crop it and yadda yadda...

Wow I'm very sorry to hear that you are having issues with saving your pictures on your device. No need to worry. There is not an option that was deselected on your end. It sounds like there may be issues with your browser on your device. When saving a picture, are you first opening the picture or trying to save the picture directly from the webpage? If you are not opening the picture first, please open the picture prior to saving. Also, I recommend clearing your browser cache and reopening. Once this is completed you should not have any further issues with saving your desired pictures.
