This app is a hot pile of garbage. There are many better apps out there. I have had a Note 20 for 3 months, and in 3 months only 1, ONLY 1, spam call has been filtered. My Pixel 3 blocked multiple spam calls per week using the Google filters. This app allows all the other spam calls to go through. Another issue I have had is the WRONG BUSINESS INFO being listed in the caller ID. My daughter’s school continually comes up as an attorney’s office. Verizon needs to reenable Samsung’s Smart Call Caller ID and Spam protection on Samsung phones!

Verizon can start by reenabling the Caller ID and Spam Protection that comes built into the Note 20 from Samsung. If Verizon was truly dedicated to providing the best software experience, the company would make a better software experience instead of disabling the competition.
But, this software is nothing but a ploy by Verizon to get more money out of their customers instead of providing their customers with the best software experience.
Stick to what you do best Verizon, be a telecom, not a software developer

Verizon’s call filter failed again to filter out a spam call
