I added a new line and pre-ordered the S10 5g and used the BOGO promotion to get a free s10 e. The s10 e was shipped out and is arriving tommorow but I just got an email that my order was cancelled. Why, how is my order cancelled yet one of the phones is on its way. Also, if I order the s10 5g again is this going to mess up the BOGO promotion? Please help as this is completely verizons fault 100 percent.
did you pay full amount or setup the 24 payment plan?
