Verizon Cloud Download and Share Error

I can see photos and video's on the Verizon Cloud App on my Android Phone (Galaxy 5). These photos were mistakenly deleted from my phone about a year ago. When I try to Download the photos I get an error message saying "The selected Photo Cannot be Downloaded" When I try to Share the Photo I get an error code 2108. I downloaded the desktop app for my PC and the same photos do not show up. Only the photos I still have on my phone appear. Is there any way I can recover these deleted photos and videos from July and August of 2015?

We want you to be able to have access to these saved pictures, JIMBOLIND01. I appreciate you trying to access the desktop app. Is your Verizon Cloud mobile app fully up to date? When you select the pictures from the mobile app, are you able to move these pictures to a different album and then try downloading or sharing them? As a precaution, I recommend taking a screen shot of the images when you open them so we can continue to troubleshoot the app.

I am currently on version v17.1.23. I created a new Album and then moved a photo to it and got no error. However, when viewing the album it showed there was no content and was empty. When attempting to add a photo to the album while in the album the app again completed the task with no error, but nothing is added to the album.
