Verizon: Why is the sprint CDMA LTE Galaxy Nexus on 4.0.4 while we are still on 4.0.2?

I have four Verizon Galaxy Nexus at my company and we have major bugs that are worked out with 4.0.4. Why is sprint able to have this release already when we are not?

Because Verizon sucks!!!!!!  They could help by offering explanations but they would prefer silence.
