Verizon broke my account!

I cannot make or receive any calls when people call me it says "This number has been disconnected or no-longer in service" I call tech support and they are clueless! This started this afternoon when I was having issues with my service and I called in and they refreshed me. I have spoken to several different reps and they cannot figure out my issue and opened a ticket for IT Department service has not worked for 7 hours and counting.

I can receive text messages and use the internet but cannot do anything else.

I tried activating another device and they cannot get it to work my account is broken!

Not happy!

Do you have call forwarding enabled? *73 to remove. Also, what does your signal look like?

Good Morning,

My service is still NOT working no call forwarding is enabled I have asked them to turn it on too and have my calls forwarded but they could not even find me in their switches.

Yes, I have paid my bill all my other lines are working and I am on auto pay.

Signal has full bars.

If Verizon cannot find you in the cell system then you may need a new SIM card.  That's what identifies you to the network and allows you to connect.

I tried getting a new sim card but this was the excuse, "There is a pending order on your account we are unable to put the sim card on there" There is no pending order in their system that they can find my account is a mess!

I also tried activating a regular 3G phone feature phone and they refused because it would not let them activated.

Was the 3G phone VZW branded with a clean ESN? Have you checked the ESN yourself with the site VZW offers?

The ESN was clean, I cannot activate anything online and this is what it says on Verizon's side too services are still out haven't heard back from the trouble ticket ugh....Screen Shot 2013-03-25 at 10.56.28 AM.png

Anyone else on your account that maybe tried to order a phone?  Weird.

Look for the regional president for your state in the link below and and them an email with a detailed message. With account number, dates you have contacted VZW and such, , with a number to contact you with. Someone will contact you soon, if you get the message out soon.

Nobody ordered a phone.  I emailed them hopefully its fixed I guess my number is just stuck in the switch somewhere. grr.
