I have been a customer of Verizon for years and I think I have had it. My texting is completely unreliable. The problems seems intermittent, sometimes my texts work fine but this morning I cant get anything through.
I keep getting this: Error Code:Addr.Vcnt.
I have used the default texting app and tried third party apps. I even spent 200 dollars to upgrade my phone. I have the same EXACT problem on both phones. I have been to a Verizon store and I have called customer service. Simply put, they have no idea how to fix the issue. Honestly I am not even sure they will recognize the issue actually exists.
I know I just upgraded my contract but to be honest I am ready and will to pay the extreme cancellation fee just to go to a different company where their service actually works....
