i was recently informed by customer service that Verizon lost my phone (note 9) that i traded in. I can not get the trade in credit towards my new phone now. How can i get in contact with a Manager / Supervisor? Was on the phone for over and 1 1/2 hours yesterday then on hold for another 30min to no avail.
