It's sad, but the Verizon's in my area are still selling this phone. A co-worker got one a week ago, and another friend called me when looking to upgrade, to see if I liked mine. Thank goodness she called me!! I'm absolutely stunned that this phone is still being pushed on people. Verizon & Samsung should both be ashamed.
You must be new to Samsung, every device I got that was manufactured by them has been a headache, I wont own one again..
