Since we all are having problems with the fascinate since the upgrade why doesn't Verizon just let us go back to the old OS before the upgrade and fix the problems then push the new update? Why is that Verizon? Since all these fixes are not working why not give us that option? Why let everyone suffer like this, many people have done away with their landlines and only have cell phones and this is JUST UNACCEPTABLE! I switched from ATT to Verizon because it was SO MUCH BETTER but now I wonder?
