Voice Mail on S22 Ultra not working...

The voice mail on my S22 Ultra not working. People can hear my personal greeting. They are waiting for the beep, leaving a message and yet, there are no messages in my box.  I'm not even getting a notification that a message was left. Only that someone called. The box is empty so it's not that. Please advise.

I have the same problem and I pay for premium voice mail, yet every time someone leaves a message, I have to restart my phone to get the voice mail app to show it. Recently, it just stopped responding at all and I was told Verizon won't fix the app because iPhone users don't have the same problem. There are more Android users than iPhone overall in the US, so I think it should be a good idea to fix it, especially when people are paying for a service they're not getting!!!  But no, they're relying on is to have time to call support and jump through a bunch of hoops to get our app reset only to have the app fail again and again.

    Voicemail
    Battery
    .
  • Tap 
    Unrestricted

My settings were already setup the way you recommended.
