Somehow, my speed dial for voicemail (*86) got corruupted. How can I change it back?

To change your voicemail number back,
1. press the Menu button at your home screen and select Settings
2. select Call settings
3. select Voicemail
4. type *86 as your Voicemail number and press OK
5. press OK again as it confirms.

Can you call your cell number and get to voicemail? If so maybe check your speed dial settings.
Try a *73 send. it will beep a few times. What this does is takes off any call forwording but sometimes it also makes sure your voicemail is set up correctly.
Or try a *228, option 1 to reprogram your phone on our network (doesn't affect your information on the phone)
If that doesn't work you might have to call tech support (from another device).
