When i call my voicemail it says "welcome to message management system. Please enter your voicemail box number." It does the same when people call and try to leave a message. I don't know what my voicemail box number is but in the past it just asked for my pin. Pin doesn't work, 10-digit phone number doesnt work. I'm at a loss, as I usually let numbers I don't recognize go to voicemail.
