I have transferred two audio books in WMA format to my Galaxy S3 and they sound distorted and won't work. I have to have my audio books. Can anyone help me with this???

We want your device to be cyrstal clear, good audio is very important! Let's get this fixed. Try placing the device in safe mode and then play the audio books http://bit.ly/NnpVJG . If the distorted audio is still present, the next step would be a Hard Reset http://bit.ly/LfV00q to repair any corrupted audio software. Hope this helps!
