What is the Android Update Info app?

This "Android Update Info" app showed up on my s20fe but it doesn't appear in the My Apps for  the Google Play Store. It keeps kicking out notifications that appear more like ads than messages about updates. Who makes this app? What is it supposed to be doing?

I searched online to learn more about it but found nothing useful. My search foo is weak today. Any help apprciated.

Looks like it could be this.

That's it. I don't remember downloading/installing it. It "just showed up". Uninstalled since I don't need more ads or notifications about "stuff". Thanks!
