I turned off WiFi. My phone is showing 4G. The picture I tried sending myself is still stating Sending. I will try again.

It might help to know what kind of phone you have, so the responses can be tailored to that phone model.

It worked fine until about a week ago. Sending individual texts, I have no issue.

When you send the MMS, is your cellular data (3G/4G) connection on and active?

It should. I never touch the data connection other than WiFi to save on the Data Plan. How do I check?

I went into settings and under Verizon Wireless it says Mobile Data is ON.

Send a picture message to yourself from your phone. Sometimes that helps reset the text message settings. If you receive the picture message you sent, then it is working correctly.

MMS doesn't send over wifi networks.

There will be a 3G or 4G icon above the signal bars. To turn on, settings > data usage > mobile data switch to "ON".

I received the second picture. The first one I sent with WiFi on and is still Sending. I just received the first one as well. Is there a way to transfer my text messages to my lap top so I can delete all of them and start fresh? Also, the trick is not to not email multiple recipients or pictures with WiFi on, Correct?
