I did not answer my own question, 07450 is not Manhattan or NY at all, it is Northern NJ. So, #bearone21, I would say to you thatthat sa "Nice work" is a rather snide answer.

i'm guessing you need to be in the area, not just close to it for 5g to work as advertised.
