Only the Samsung team working on the update has any idea of when they might be finished and they along with every other Samsung employee are not talking. Verizon Wireless reps won't know any sooner then us customers.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

The phone is junk. I have been countless hours on the phone. Factory data
reset does not fix it. It's still junk in safe mode. They send another one
it is still junk.

Hi Lankylegs,
We want your phone to be problem free at all times. Lets get the device fixed. Does the device lockup while in particular applications? What exactly is not working with the camera? Has there been any liquid or physical damage to the device?
Thanks,

No liquid or physical damage. I locks up on any app especially on any Web
browser. Had to Uninstall Facebook and Twitter. Phone won't run them at
all. It will crash and change my wallpaper. No I am not using live
wallpaper. The camera does not focus properly. Pictures no matter what
lighting are terrible. The studio app does no work says unfortunately
studio has stopped working. The phone is always slow. So tried safemode,
cleared cache, factory data reset, new SD card. Still junk.

Lankylegs,
Oh wow! We certainly appreciate all that you have done to get this working. If a hard reset did not resolve the issues it may be best to have it replaced within warranty. Our technicians can help replace within warranty by giving them a call at 800-922-0204.

Lankylegs,
Our phones have become our reliable sidekicks and your device should be the lease of your concerns. Have there been any recent changes to your phone, besides the software update?

Mine has never been reliable. Worst experience I have ever had with a device. The salesman at the Verizon store really talked it up. I bought it and have hated it since the first update. This is the 3rd one.
