Why I'm I still receiving calls from a blocked number?

Just received a call from a spoofed number in my reject list. Android 6.0.1 update February 1 2017 on galaxy s5 verizon. Have they found a way around the reject list or is there an issue with android or verizon

I would be concerned too if I were receiving unwanted calls. We definitely want to ensure these get stopped for you. Did you block the number on your phone or online through your MyVerizon account?
