My contact info is not showing up when I want to call someone or text them since the system update. It says unknown.
Contacts appearing as unknown would have me just as concerned too., KrnG. Let's take a closer look. Do you know if the contacts that are appearing as unknown are Google contacts, or Verizon Cloud/ phone contacts?

Honestly I believe it's my ex boyfriend witch he is in my contacts
They are showing up as unknown on Verizon cloud. I keep getting a message that my contacts on cloud failed to back up. Any ideas???

Let's get this contact situation figured out, KrnG. Do you happen to know if you backed the device up through Google? Are you viewing the contacts in the Verizon Cloud from your device or a computer?
