Why does my Note 4 keep restarting?

Starting again yesterday (this happened in January or February, too), my Note 4 constantly starts and restarts over and over. It shuts down suddenly in the middle of tasks. I've cleared the cache, have only 1 app running at a time, have a full battery, etc.
Last time, there seemed to have been a software update that caused this. Has there been an update recently? I can't even get the phone to stay on long enough for me to check.

We just did a factory reset and so far so good. The last time, I did
nothing, actually! I think lots of folks had the same problem at that time
because lots of users commented about it. Suddenly, it worked again. I
believe there had been a software update that went poorly. I'm hoping this
solves the issue!
Thank you

Let's find out what has this phone possessed! How long was this taking place previously? What did you originally do to resolve it?

prof67,
Oh my, I though we had it resolved. No worries, we will get over this hurdle. Let's check the device's health. This will tell us if any applications are causing the issue. Please follow these steps http://vz.to/21w6DqG and please report back the results to us.

We’ll get this working one way or another prof67. With the Factory Reset did you restore all the information and apps right away? Did you notice it happening after installing a certain app?
