I Haven't had this phone for a month and it has too many problems for me. The first day I got the phone It froze on me. I had to take it in the store so the can fix my phone because I couldn't record anything. Now I can't check my voicemail on this phone and I am getting so frustrated. Not to mention the battery life, I have to carry a charger every where I go. If I had the money I would buy a new phone but I don't. I just need to know why is there so many problems with this phone that nobody had mention to me? Every time I go to check a text message it will come up as somebody else's name and that frustrates me as well. I just need some answers of why this phone has more problems then enough.

Did you research the phone before you bought it? Look through these forums? There are people that complain about different things here all the time. Who did you expect to tell you about the problems, Verizon? As far as replacing the phone or getting something else, you could always go to the Verizon store you bought it from, you went there initially with a problem.
Battery life can be alot of different things, Live wallpaper, brightness too high, screen timeout too long, Facebook synching to often, checking email too much, poor signal, poor 3G coverage, etc
List the problems you are having, and the people can give you ideas of the problems.

Tips for better battery life
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions for properly charging the device.
- Do not store the device in direct sunlight or hot locations.
- Do not rely on the device's vehicle power adapter as the battery charger for the device.
The vehicle power adapter is meant to be a temporary low battery level solution until the device can be properly charged.
