Why won't my rinback tones work?

Can't get my ringback tones to work on my additional line??? It just rings normal.

You need to register each line with MyVerizon separately, then log in with each number to purchase and activate the ringback tone for each line. (Simply logging in and choosing a different line from the main account will not work. You are still logged in and purchasing ringtones, ringbacks, etc for the main line)
Log out of My Verizon, then click on Register a new number. If you get a message that you are already logged in or registered, then you need to clear your browser cache/cookies or use a different browser. Register using the additional line's number with a separate password. Then purchase and activate ringbacks and they will work on that line.
