hi guys excellent news to give about the sg3
step one> plug usb data cable in phone
step two> let phone download device drivers to pc
step three> unplug usb data cable from phone after drivers installed
step four> plug in usb data cable back into the galaxy sg3
[new window on cell phone displays the following],[please leave data cable connected to enable this feature]
screen will display on cell phone
MEDIA TRANSFER PROTOCOL (MTP)
CAMERA (PTP)
step five> put a check mark in the box next to MEDIA TRANSFER PROTOCOL
make sure media transfer protocol is enabled next click the word 'ok' on phone then your done
new window reads sync windows media player on pc your set to store music on the microsd card
have fun working on phone really easy steps took me 5 minutes to enable [mtp]

my galaxy s iii has been online ever since really happy to do this feature able to write playlist from windows media player to the micrsd card works fine now. No more head aches my message is for all galaxy s3 users because usb utilities is no were to be found on the galaxy s3. this message also goes to Verizon tech support,Customer service i'm just helping you guys out never had a android smart phone until now feel free to share this information with other galaxy s3 owners
