email notifications gone since update

Since the update I'm no longer receiving notifications for my comcast email. Also, mail only updates when I open up the app. I've seen a lot of email issues since the update, any thoughts on the notifications?

Hi elselsels,

Please make sure that your email notifications are on: Access your email account, then press menu and then settings.

Did you do a factory reset http://goo.gl/Bma5t after software update? It is highly recommended to resolve any post update conflicts and issues, give it a shot and keep us posted.
