i finally switched less than a month ago to verizon from t-mobile (customer for 10 yrs with them)... i bought 4 samsung galaxy s6's ( which 1 is a samsung galaxy edge) too start off with... my wife line has had an issue since day one that i have started with your company.... i got a brand new S6 and everything worked fine.... when the battery died we charged it back up and it would not start... i then exchanged it for another phone.... got the new phone from the verizon store and the new phone started making an echo sound... went back to the store again to see what the issue was they fix it ... and after 2-3 days the echo came back in full force... so basically i got a faulty product from the verizon store... mind by this time i am 1 day over the 14 days to exchange it which they referred me to customer service.... called customer service talked to customer support... they told me to do a couple of things which did not work... got transferred to another part of verizon explained then what happened and finally was promised they would exchange it for a new phone because of the problems i have had to go thru.... today (1 week later because there was an issue with the mailing system) i received the package and its a refurbished phone.... why am i being faulted for 2 defective phones with a refurbished phone being a new customer???
