I made insurance claim and received my new phone. all my contacts are restored but my phone will not let me call out. what is the problem?

It sounds as though you may not have activated it. I don't know how you restored the contacts unless you did it through your wifi or your computer and signing into your google account or your VZW account. I would say you need to go through the steps of activating your phone or go to the VZW sign into your VZW account and activate your phone from there.

I want you to be able to use that replacement device ASAP rebecca32! What happens when you attempt to make a call? How about messaging or internet? Can you use those features? Did you try removing and reinserting your SIM card? This should be the only activation process you need.
