Hello, just activated my fascinate. Turned off swype and turned on android keyboard. When typing, all the letters work except the "Y" and the "O" . When I press them, nothing happens. Did I miss something in the setup? Thanks

Thank you to the Community Members for your responses. I would like to add that the device may be defective. In that case I would suggest returning your device and exchanging for new one.

Tried the battery pull... I think the "o" and "Y" are just screwed... when upright the letters don't type at all...when sideways the o types an o and p together everytime, no matter how precise you are with your finger. The swype did not work correctly. The trace line it makes with your finger breaks up along your route everytime.
Looks like a return for me.

I've been having similar issues. Every once in a while a key wont work and always hits the one next to it. Usually if I back out to the homescreen and go back in the messaging or whereever it will work again. Put that on the glitch list that is really starting to make me regret this phone...
