Doesn't appear to be any fee to have or look at. However you have to have an account to rent or own so there is a charge there.

Thanks for the information monwarsec99. Yes, no fee to download application but there is a fee to rent or buy content. Here is a link below to Samsung website to view more information about the Media Hub.
