no internet connection after update

Since I downloaded the update to my fascinate, I have no internet connection at all. Any suggestions? Thanks

Remove your battery for a good 10-15 minutes, then prior to replacing your battery, hold down the vol. up button for 15 seconds, then reinsert the battery and check on your 3g and wifi connection

After the update you have to make sure the mobile data option is on in order to be able to use the internet.

The Mobile data link at the Top of the pull down menu (where your bluetooth/airplane/GPS/WiFi is) must be GREEN...  can be frustrating when you don't know where to look!!!
